The Black Sea in crises: Challenges & opportunities in an unstable environment

Our colleague, Dragoș C. Mateescu, has represented the RDI and the Romanian MFA in the conference “The Black Sea in crises: Challenges & opportunities in an unstable environment”. The conference was held in Athens on November 2, 2023, being organised by the International Center for Black Sea Studies, under the aegis of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation organisation (BSEC).

The BSEC was represented by its secretary general, H.E. Ambassador Lazăr Comănescu. Among attendees were also Lavinia Ochea, deputy chief of mission at the Romanian embassy in Nicosia and Dan Oanță, minister-councilor at the Romanian embassy in Athens.
