The visit of H.E. Radko Vlajkov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Bulgaria to Romania

The Romanian Diplomatic Institute (RDI) was honoured to welcome today H.E. Radko Vlajkov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Bulgaria to Romania, accompanied by the Deputy Head of Mission, Mr. Julian Kitipov.

The guests discussed with the RDI Director General Liliana Popescu-Bîrlan and Director Dragoș C. Mateescu, a number of avenues and concrete points of cooperation.

At the center of the conversation was the strategic partnership between Romania and Bulgaria, signed almost one year ago.

We will organize a public event at RDI to celebrate this achievement in March.

Bilateral cooperation in the Balkans and the wider Black Sea region was also discussed in this context.
