We had the distinct pleasure of hosting the visit of Ambassador Tatiana Svetlana Iosiper, Special Representative for Energy and Climate Diplomacy within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
On this occasion, Ambassador Iosiper delivered a lecture as part of the Basic Diplomatic Training Programme designed for new members of the Diplomatic and Consular Corps of Romania, focusing on the subject of energy and climate change.
