The event organized by the Romanian Embassy in Berlin on the occasion of the working visit to the Federal Republic of Germany of Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu , accompanied by Mrs. Luminița Odobescu, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mrs .Liliana Popescu-Bîrlan, RDI general director and other ministers of the new government.

During the event organized by the Embassy of Romania in Berlin on the occasion of Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu’s working visit to the Federal Republic of Germany (July 4-5, current year), accompanied by Ms. Luminița Odobescu, Minister of Foreign Affairs, as well as other ministers of the new government, Ms. Liliana Popescu-Bîrlan, the Director General of IDR, discussed with representatives of the academic diaspora. On this occasion, she resumed the dialogue regarding IDR’s contribution within an international elite platform created to promote Romanian excellence worldwide.

In the presence of Ms. Luminița Odobescu, Professor Liliana Popescu-Bîrlan, PhD, offered reassurances to members of the Romanian academic community in Germany regarding IDR’s support for facilitating expertise transfer and creating a common Romanian-German network of scientists through concerted actions of scientific diplomacy.
