The course ”Leadership în diplomație și guvernare” (Leadership in Diplomacy and Governance), the second edition, officially ended with the graduation ceremony

The course ”Leadership în diplomație și guvernare” (Leadership in Diplomacy and Governance), the second edition, officially ended with the graduation ceremony, which took place last night, on February 19^th, at the RDI headquarters.

In a collegial atmosphere, the main topic of discussion was situational leadership in the workplace, during times of crisis or periods of change. This was a perfect example of how the good practices and concepts learned in the course not only contributed to the development of professional vocabulary, but also in handling everyday situations.

All the above highlighted the success of the course, through the involvement of both participants, and lecturers.
