The book launch of “Transforming Warfare in the 21st Century”

RDI had the opportunity to host the book launch of “Transforming Warfare in the 21st Century,” with special guest Mr. Iulian Fota, Secretary of State for Strategic Affairs within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and some of the authors: George Vișan, Ioana Constantin-Bercean, Silviu Petre, and Șerban Cioculescu. The event was opened by Ms. Liliana Popescu, the Director-General of IDR.

The volume was launched to provide a Romanian perspective on warfare in the 21st century and is a project of interest to a wider audience. As Mr. Fota pointed out, war should be Romania’s primary concern at present, considering that it will be the reality the country will face in the coming years.

The book comprises several chapters relevant to those passionate about the topic of war and security, written by experts in the field of international relations.
