Signing of the memorandum of understanding with the counterpart institute from Kazakhstan

The General Director of the Romanian Diplomatic Institute, Mrs. Liliana Popescu-Bîrlan, attended the political-diplomatic consultations in Bucharest between the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Luminița Odobescu, and the Vice Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Murat Nurtleu.

The event was marked by the signing of a Joint Declaration of the Foreign Ministers, strengthening the enduring relations between the two countries. Additionally, Memoranda of Understanding were concluded between the Romanian Diplomatic Institute and the Foreign Policy Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as between the Romanian Agency for International Cooperation and the International Development Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
