Round table entitled “A year of war against Ukraine. The impact on Romania”.

On February 23, the Romanian Diplomatic Institute (RDI) organized a round table entitled “A year of war against Ukraine. The impact on Romania”.
The event started with the message of the general director of IDR, Liliana Popescu, that reiterated the importance of continuing the fight against dictatorial regimes.
At the initiative of the Secretary of State, Mr. Iulian Fota, the entire audience held a moment of silence in memory of those who paid and are still paying the ultimate price for the defence of Ukraine and the whole of Europe.
The following discussion was moderated by Mr. Dragoş C. Mateescu, Director of the Analysis Department (RDI), with Mr. Iulian Fota, Secretary of State for Strategic Affairs (MFA), Mrs. Luciana Ghica (conf. University of Bucharest) and Mrs Roxana Dorobanțu (Assoc. Prof. Academy of Economic Studies) taking the floor.
