On June, 28, young diplomats from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs had the pleasure of attending a lecture given by Mr. Claudio Rozencwaig – Ambassador and Undersecretary for Foreign Policy at the Argentine Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade, and Worship. Alongside Mr. Rozencwaig, IDR (Romanian Diplomatic Institute) had the honor of receiving representatives from the Embassy of the Republic of Argentina: Mr. Carlos Maria Vallarino – chargé d’affaires, Mr. Javier Ignacio Santander – counselor, and Ms. Carmen Păduraru – political officer.
Mr. Claudio Rozencwaig spoke to the participants about Argentina’s foreign policy, highlighting the country’s firm stance in the context of Russia’s military aggression against Ukraine. He emphasized the importance of President Klaus Iohannis’ visit to Argentina, with a focus on exploring cooperation opportunities between the two states, particularly in the field of nuclear energy.
