International Conference “Digital Diplomacy: Trends & Features”

Claudiu Codreanu attended the International Conference “Digital Diplomacy: Trends & Features” (October 12, 2023, organised by the Istanbul Ticaret University. The paper presented at the conference – “Beyond short-lived responses to cyber operations. The never-ending UN GGE and OEWG processes” – explores the development of UN discussions on regulating state actors’ activities in cyberspace. During the conference, other significant topics discussed included digital diplomacy, case studies on different countries, and aspects regarding the intersection between diplomacy and climate, outer space and gender.
