Our colleague, Alexandru Ionut Dragulin, participated in the EuroSfat forum 2023-European Union and New Horizons, organized by the Europuls-European Expertise Center, on September 29,2023.
Amidst ongoing digital and energy transformation and war at its borders, and following the granting of candidate country status to the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine, the European Union seeks stability and certainty.
The debates provided insights into priority topics on the European Union’s agenda:
