Alexandra Băcilă and Teodora Bălăceanu, our colleagues, attended the conference organized on the occasion of Accessibility Awareness Day in Romania, hosted by the Romanian Chamber of Commerce for Diversity on September 19,2023.

The conference addressed crucial topics such as the rights of people with disabilities, employment strategies for them, and aspects related to creating an open and trustworthy organizational culture. Additionally, holistic approaches for the well being of people with disabilities were explored. These discussions highlighted the importance of ongoing commitment for developing a more inclusive and sustainable environment.
