On April 7, 2021, the Romanian Diplomatic Institute hosted the trainees of the postgraduate training and continuous professional development program “Strategic Communication” of the National University of Defense “Carol I”.

In the context of the activity, Mr. Andrei Țărnea, Director General of the Department for Communication and Public Diplomacy and Mrs. Delia Meleșteu-Tudor, Deputy Director of the Directorate for Public Diplomacy and Strategic Communication, presented how the MFA contributes to the communication and public diplomacy effort in support of national interests.

Beyond the interventions of the two speakers, the event provided a useful dialogue on the importance of strategic communication in the current international context.
