The first part explores the struggle for independence, highlighting the roles of prominent figures like Blaise Diagne and Léopold Sédar Senghor in advocating for Senegal’s autonomy, tracing the country’s evolution into a democratic state. The second part shifts focus to Senegal's economic challenges and strategies for growth, such as the country’s efforts to combat poverty through industrial development, foreign investment and social reforms under the leadership of President Macky Sall.
