Mateescu, has represented the RDI and the Romanian MFA in the conference \u201cThe Black Sea in crises: Challenges &amp; opportunities in an unstable environment&#8221;. The conference was held in Athens on November 2, 2023, being organised by the International Center for Black Sea Studies, under the aegis of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation organisation (BSEC).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The BSEC was represented by its secretary general, H.E. Ambassador Laz\u0103r Com\u0103nescu.
