On this occasion, she resumed the dialogue regarding IDR&#8217;s contribution within an international elite platform created to promote Romanian excellence worldwide.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the presence of Ms. Lumini\u021ba Odobescu, Professor Liliana Popescu-B\u00eerlan, PhD, offered reassurances to members of the Romanian academic community in Germany regarding IDR&#8217;s support for facilitating expertise transfer and creating a common Romanian-German network of scientists through concerted actions of scientific diplomacy.
